零工经济的兴起在拉动经济发展、促进就业方面成效显著。文章引入爱德华兹劳动过程控制理论，以外卖平台为例，通过分析数字技术控制下的劳动过程，发现零工经济劳动者在此背景下劳动强度提高，劳动时间也有所延长。具体而言：通过研究数字技术和外卖平台的关系、骑手和数字技术的关系、消费者与骑手关系、平台资本与骑手关系这四个关系，得出零工经济劳动者劳动强度提高的结论；通过分析外卖骑手的“虚假自由时间”，得出零工经济劳动者实际劳动时间延长的结论。

The rise of gig economy has achieved remarkable results in stimulating economic development and promoting employment. This paper introduces Edwards' labor process control theory and takes takeaway platform as an example. By analyzing the labor process under the control of digital technology, it is found that the labor intensity of workers in gig economy is increased and the labor time is also extended under this background.Specifically, by studying the relationship between digital technology and takeaway platform, the relationship between riders and digital technology, the relationship between consumers and riders, and the relationship between platform capital and riders, we draw a conclusion that the labor intensity of workers in gig economy has increased; by analyzing the "false free time" of takeaway riders, it is concluded that the actual working time of workers in gig economy is prolonged.
