Abstract：The important exposition of propaganda and ideological work in XI JINPING The Governance of China Ⅲ is a "new development and contribution" to Marxist concept of news.Only by deeply understanding the essence of the theory,shouldering the new task and mission of propaganda and ideological work in the new era,clarifying the direction of propaganda and ideological work in the new era,and doing a good job in concept innovation,discourse transformation,means innovation and grassroots innovation,can we promote the continuous strengthening of propaganda and ideological work.
