Improving the "three political forces" is an inevitable requirement forstrengthening the Party's self-construction, which is conducive to the CPC's eternal vitality and taking the first step of the new jour-ney; it is conducive to unifying the direction and condensing the strongest joint force to overcome difficulties; it is conducive to im-proving the long-term ruling ability and realizing the great mission; it is conducive to promoting the modernization of the nationalgovernance system and governance capacity.
