党的二十大报告首次提出“完善党的自我革命制度规范体系”的命题，党的二十届三中全会进一步提出，要完善党内法规，增强党内法规权威性和执行力。在此背景下，党内法规智库（安徽）“学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神、坚持以改革精神完善党的自我革命制度规范体系”学术研讨会于2024年12月21日在安徽合肥召开。与会专家学者围绕“完善党的自我革命制度规范体系”这一主题，就“推进党的自我革命、完善党内法规制度、加强党内监督”三个议题进行了深入交流，达成了诸多共识。

The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) first put forward the proposition of improving the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform. The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee further proposed to enhance intraparty regulations and strengthen their authority and enforcement. Against this backdrop, the academic symposium on studying and implementing the guiding principles of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and improving the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform with spirit of reform was held by the intraparty regulations think tank(Anhui)in Hefei City, Anhui Province on December 21, 2024. Scholars and experts engaged in in-depth exchanges on three topics as follows: advancing the Party's self-reform, improving intraparty regulations, and strengthening intraparty supervision, all around the theme of improving the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform,and reached numerous consensuses.
